Nous sommes mercredi (ou presque) et je me suis dit que ça faisait un petit bout de temps que je n’avais pas participé aux Mercredis Gourmands de chez Anne-Laure T. , Sysy et Sophie . Il est donc grand temps de vous présenter une petite recette que j’ai testée dernièrement : les chips de chou kale.
Mais avant, je voulais vous parler d’un petit défi photographique que j’organise sur mon blog : la Photo du dimanche. Pour les anciens, c’est un « déjà vu » mais pour les nouveaux et si ça vous tentes de participer allez voir mon billet sur la « Photo du dimanche ». Et surtout n’hésitez pas d’en parler autour de vous !!!
Revenons aux chips de chou kale. Si vous me suivez un peu, vous savez que je suis une vrai nouille culinaire. J’ai d’autres qualités (enfin je l’espère ;-)) donc être une nouille culinaire ça me va, j’ai appris à vivre avec ;-). Mes recettes sont donc trèèèès simples….
Cette semaine, j’ai testée les chips de chou kale. Et c’est vraiment très, très bon !!
Pour réaliser cette recette, vous aurez besoin de
- chou kale
- sel
- épices de votre choix. Je recommande les épices Vitalgrill pour leur goût vraiment excellent et unique. Pour ma recette j’ai pris la saveur érable & poivre.
- l’huile d’olive (environ 1/3 de tasse)
On découpe les feuilles de chou (préalablement lavées) en petit morceaux. On prend soins de bien séparer la feuille de la tige et on jette les tiges.
Mélangez l’huile d’olive, le sel et les épices.
Arrosez les morceaux de chou kale avec le mélange (moi j’ai mélangé le tout dans un grand bol).
Préchauffez le four à 350F (175 C).
Tapissez une plaque à biscuits de papier parchemin, puis disposez y les morceaux de feuilles de chou.
Cuire au four environ 10-15 minutes et attention de ne pas bruler les chips !!!
C’est vraiment très bon !!!
Je vous défie de vous limiter à en manger rien qu’une 😉 !
