Nous sommes jeudi et c’est, en général, le jour de ma rubrique sur le désencombrement.
Cette semaine, j’ai notée un certain ralentissement de mon rythme. C’était bien malgré moi; j’avais plusieurs rendez-vous et activités durant le week-end donc du coup mon horaire était un peu chamboulé.
J’ai quand même pris le temps de réduire la quantité de mes « trésors ». Je me suis attaquée à nos vêtements.
Ce que je trouve de merveilleux avec les vêtements c’est le fait qu’ils sont parfaits pour commencer à désencombrer ou pour le faire très rapidement quand on a pas beaucoup de temps.
Nous avons toutes et tous quelques morceaux qui ne nous font plus, qui sont démodés et/ou dans lesquels nous nous sentons moins bien que dans les autres…. Avec les enfants, c’est encore plus facile de se débarrasser, sans remords, de morceaux de vêtements superflus car trop petits ou trop usés.
Bref, j’ai commencée par une coup d’oeil rapide de mes vêtements. Puis, de manière spontané j’ai sortie quelques trucs que je ne portais plus depuis plusieurs décennies semaines, bon peut-être mois….J’ai faite la même chose pour l’Homme et mes enfants. Le truc c’est de la faire très rapidement et de ne pas trop réfléchir. En effet, si vous n’avez pas portés ces vêtements depuis longtemps, il y a très peu de chances que vous allez le faire prochainement…
C’est d’autant plus vrai si vous êtes comme moi: très hypothéqué côté dextérité fine et sans aucun talent pour la couture… Il y a donc de très bonnes chances que vos vieux vêtements vont rester dans le fond de votre garde robe pour toujours…
Mais attention: il n’est pas questions de les jeter ! Je trouve que les vêtements sont très facile à recycler. On les donne (il y a plein d’organisme qui les ramassent), on les vends (ça marche, mais il faut avoir de la patience) ou on les transforme en autre chose.
Dans mon cas, la quasi totalité des vêtements fût donnée (étant donné mon problème avec la couture + dextérité fine, expliqué plus haut…).
Je me sens libre, légère et contente d’avoir redonnée une seconde vie à mes vieilles « guenilles » 🙂
Après tout, c’est le printemps qui commence et les vieux vêtements méritent aussi de prendre l’air !
